When Kulikefu Latu Paleionangalu was born about 1740, in Nuku'alofa, Tongatapu, Tonga, his father, Ve'ehala, was 71 and his mother, Pilinisesi Fetunu Ngata Tu'ikanokupolu, was 80. He married Vahenga in 1715. He was buried in Mu`a, Tongatapu, Tonga.
