When Elisha Comstock was born on 7 August 1759, in Saybrook, New London, Connecticut, United States, his father, Daniel Comstock, was 45 and his mother, Anna, was 35. He married Asenath Reed on 28 May 1792. He died on 13 December 1833, in Orange, New York, United States, at the age of 74.
