When Alice Winsor was born on 12 January 1753, in Smithfield, Providence, Rhode Island, United States, her father, Reverend John Winsor, was 29 and her mother, Mercy Smith, was 25. She married Stephen Coman on 6 December 1772. They were the parents of at least 4 sons. She died on 4 January 1785, at the age of 31.
