When Albret Nielsen Brarum Sander was born in 1795, his father, Niels Alexandersen Sander, was 41 and his mother, Margrete Nielsdatter Brarum, was 39. He married Maren Juul Thomasdatter Brarum on 8 February 1829, in Hals, Hjørring, Denmark. He lived in Børglum, Børglum, Denmark in 1860. He died on 10 April 1883, in Byrum, Læsø, Hjørring, Denmark, at the age of 88.
