He married Mary Bull on 8 July 1718, in Hull, Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 6 daughters. He died on 27 February 1767, in Merrimack, Hillsborough, New Hampshire, British Colonial America, at the age of 71, and was buried in Bedford, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America.
