She married James Wilson Ferguson Boyd on 3 August 1790, in Elk Lick Township, Somerset, Pennsylvania, United States. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 5 daughters. She died about 1813, in Greenville Township, Somerset, Pennsylvania, United States, at the age of 47, and was buried in Riverside Cemetery, Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio, United States.
