Lewis Rudder was born on 8 May 1856, in Indiana Township, Allegheny, Pennsylvania, United States as the son of James L Rudder. He lived in Vernon Township, Washington, Indiana, United States in 1860. He died on 28 December 1865, at the age of 9, and was buried in Pierce Township, Washington, Indiana, United States.
