When Edward Leveque was born in July 1826, in Kingston, Frontenac, Ontario, Canada, his father, Thomas Noel Levesque, was 39 and his mother, Magdeleine Landry, was 35. He married Mary Cavanaugh on 10 January 1848, in Centreville, Lennox and Addington, Ontario, Canada. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 6 daughters. He lived in Camden East, Lennox and Addington, Ontario, Canada for about 30 years. He died on 31 December 1882, in Camden East Township, Lennox and Addington, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 56, and was buried in Centreville, Lennox and Addington, Ontario, Canada.
