She lived in Essex, Ontario, Canada in 1901 and Pontiac, Quebec, Canada in 1911. She died on 15 July 1931, in Notre-Dame-du-Nord, Témiscamingue, Quebec, Canada, at the age of 84, and was buried in Notre-Dame-du-Nord, Témiscamingue, Quebec, Canada.

1883 · Mining Boom

In 1883, there was a mining boom in Northern Ontario when mineral deposits were found near Sudbury. Thomas Flanagan was the blacksmith for the Canadian Pacific Railway that noticed the deposits in the river.
