When Jose Gabriel Villa Barron was born on 18 March 1884, in Moctezuma, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, his father, Juan Villa Rodriguez, was 30 and his mother, Juana Barron Rodriguez, was 24. He married Maria Dolores Briones Cisneros in Moctezuma, San Luis Potosí, Mexico. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 7 daughters. He lived in Los Herreras, Los Herreras, Nuevo León, Mexico in 1930. He died on 15 March 1978, at the age of 93.

1891 · The Garza Revolution

The Garza Revolution was a conflict fought between the residents of Coahuila and Texas. It began when a campaign to start an uprising against Porfirio Diaz. Even though it was a minor conflict, it is seen as a precursor to the Mexican Revolution.
