When Olivia Fobes was born on 18 July 1793, in Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States, her father, Azariah Fobes, was 22 and her mother, Olive Leach, was 20. She married John Hawkins Williams on 9 December 1820. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 5 daughters. She lived in Gambier, Knox, Ohio, United States in 1850 and Decatur, Macon, Illinois, United States in 1860. She died in 1869, in Macon, Illinois, United States, at the age of 76.
