When Barbara Bollinger was born about 1646, in Seengen, Aargau, Switzerland, her father, Ulrich Bolliger, was 32 and her mother, Barbara Frey, was 26. She married Joannes Hunziker on 24 October 1664. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 4 daughters. She died on 17 March 1719, at the age of 74.
