When Elisabeth Hausler was born on 4 September 1763, in Aargau, Switzerland, her father, Johannes Hausler, was 24 and her mother, Anna Maria Kislig, was 24. She married Hans Rudolf Rohr on 14 October 1785, in Hunzenschwil, Bern, Switzerland. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 4 daughters. She died on 27 January 1808, at the age of 44.
