Catharina Andersson was born on 8 August 1745, in Skärkind, Östergötland, Sweden as the daughter of Anders Nilsson and Annika Eriksdotter. She married Anders Persson on 5 October 1773, in Sweden. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 1 daughter. She died on 14 January 1826, at the age of 80.
