When Kirsti Stenersdatter was born on 7 May 1775, her father, Stener Johanesen Fosseholm, was 37 and her mother, Mari Gundersdatter, was 42. She married Ole Nilsen Ruud on 17 December 1826. She lived in Buskerud, Norway in 1775. She died on 4 August 1848, at the age of 73.
