When Mary "Polly" Wollard was born in 1772, in Kentucky, United States, her father, Isaac Woollard, was 24 and her mother, Ann Bearcraft, was 20. She married Joseph L. Sanders on 7 January 1791, in Bardstown, Nelson, Kentucky, United States. They were the parents of at least 5 sons. She died in 1825, at the age of 53.
